2. Register this order and to Management of state registration of departmental regulations (S. Sattarov) to enter the corresponding record in the State register of regulations of the ministries, state committees and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. (A. Inanbabayev) to provide to management of systematization of the legislation and legal information bringing to data of interested persons and publication of this regulatory legal act in "Uzbekiston Respublikasi the eve of huzhzhatlara of tuplama" - "Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan".

4. This order becomes effective in ten days from the date of its state registration.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister E. Kanyazov.

I. General provisions

1. Conducting the systematized accounting of the legislation consists of assignment of codes based on the Qualifier of industries of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Qualifier) given in appendix N1 to these rules, their accounting in the Magazine of conducting the systematized accounting of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Magazine) given in appendix N2 to these rules and maintaining control copies of acts of the legislation.

2. In state bodies and public authorities on places according to the legislation the systematized account of the Constitution, codes and laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan and its chambers, decrees, resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, regulatory legal acts of the ministries, state committees and departments, the laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regulatory legal acts of public authorities on places is kept.

3. The obligation on conducting the systematized accounting of the legislation is assigned to the employee of legal service (legal adviser). In cases of its absence this obligation is temporarily assigned by the head of state body or public authority on places to other person.

II. Accounting of the legislation in the Magazine

4. For the purpose of conducting the systematized accounting of the legislation by the employee of legal service (legal adviser) in the Magazine data on each regulatory legal act which arrived in state bodies and public authorities on places are entered.

The data on regulatory legal acts entered in the Magazine undertake only from official source of publication of these acts or officially widespread copies of regulatory legal acts.

Data on regulatory legal acts shall be stated completely (without reducings), precisely and in the literary language. At the same time the commonly accepted reducings can be used.

Deletion of records or correction by other methods in the Magazine is not allowed. If when entering into the Registry material mistakes are made, incorrectly made record completely is eliminated, data are entered repeatedly.
