1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of information and maintaining the state statistics of safety and labor protection.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 17, 2005 No. 463 "About approval of Rules of submission of information and maintaining the state statistics in the field of safety and labor protection with creation of databank" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 21, the Art. 252).
3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after the first official publication.
