About approval of the Regulations on state examination in the field of technical information security

According to Article 17, of Item 2 of the Section IX "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine", the Regulations on Administration of Public service of special communication and information security approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 24.06.2006 No. 868, I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on state examination in the field of technical information security, it is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of Department of special telecommunication systems and information security of the Security Service of Ukraine of December 29, 1999 No. 62 "About approval of the Regulations on state examination in the field of technical information security", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 24, 2000 for No. 40/4261.

3. To provide to department concerning information security in information and telecommunication systems of Administration of Gosspetssvyaz in accordance with the established procedure provision of the order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of the order on the vice-chairman of Public service of special communication and information security of Ukraine Frolov O. V.
