For the purpose of realization of provisions of Articles 58 and 60 of the Customs code of the Republic of Belarus the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve enclosed:
The instruction about procedure for issue by customs authority of permission to departure of goods from customs area;
The instruction about procedure for issue by customs authority of unloading permit and overload (transfer) of goods, replacement of the vehicle which delivered goods on customs area, on other vehicle in import Item.
2. To provide to chiefs of customs bringing contents of this resolution to data of staff of customs.
3. Provide to the Minsk central customs completion of the operating software for the purpose of realization of provisions of this resolution and finishing them to customs.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus Goshin V. A.
