2. JSC Kazakhtelecom, JSC KazTransCom, JSC Transtelecom, JSC Arna, by JSC Nursat to carry out pilot project on accession and interaction of networks of telecommunications of operators of long distance and (or) international telecommunication in Atyrau area in time from March 1 to June 1, 2006.

3. To department of state policy in the field of communication and financial regulation (Seytimbekov A. A.):

- after completion of pilot project together with operators of long distance and (or) international telecommunication to finish provisional rules of accession and interaction of networks of telecommunications of operators of long distance and (or) international telecommunication and regulation of traffic transmission.

- provide in accordance with the established procedure state registration of modifed Rules in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-chairman Nurshabekov of P.P.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing and is subject to acquaintance and mailing.
