About approval of Rules of licensing of activities of the accumulation pension funds for attraction of pension contributions and to implementation of retirement benefits and implementation of activities in the security market

For the purpose of enhancement of the regulatory legal acts regulating activities of the accumulation pension funds, Board of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for regulation and supervision of the financial market and the financial organizations (further - the Agency) decides:

1. Approve Rules of licensing of activities of the accumulation pension funds for attraction of pension contributions and to implementation of retirement benefits and implementation of activities in the security market according to appendix 1 to this resolution.

2. Recognize invalid the regulatory legal acts specified in appendix 2 to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of enforcement of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 11, 2007 "About licensing".

4. To management of licensing (Nazhimedenova A. Zh.):

1) together with Legal department (Baysynov M. B.) to take measures to state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of this resolution;
