1. Approve Regulations on procedure for development, production and operation of means of cryptographic information security it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the order of Department of special telecommunication systems and information security of the Security Service of Ukraine of 30.11.99 N53 "About Approval of the Regulations on Procedure for Development, Production and Operation of Means of Cryptographic Protection of Confidential Information" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.12.99 for N868/4161.

3.
