For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of June 11, 2001 "About application of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About protection of atmospheric air" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic decides No. 501:

1. Approve "Rules of inventory count of harmful emissions atmospheric air and the sources making on it physical impact", "Procedure of the state control in the field of protection of atmospheric air", "Procedure of protection of atmospheric air by the legal entities having the sources making chemical, biological and physical impact on atmospheric air" and "The list of objects on which technical standard rates and admissible regulations of emission are applied" (are attached).

2. Consider No. 411 which voided the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Azerbaijani SSR of September 3, 1982 "About the resolution of Council of Ministers of the USSR of August 19, 1982 No. 764 "About approval of the Regulations on the state control on protection of atmospheric air".

3. This Resolution becomes effective from the date of signing.
