About approval of Lists of poisonous and strong medicines

According to the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" and for the purpose of streamlining of the address of poisonous and strong medicines I ORDER:

1. Approve the List of poisonous medicines according to the international unlicensed or commonly accepted names by which it is applied.

2. Approve the List of strong medicines according to the international unlicensed or commonly accepted names which is attached.

3. Determine that the Lists approved by this order include all trade names of these medicines.

4. Determine that the medicines included in the Lists approved by this Order are subject subject quantitatively to accounting in institutions of health care and at producers of medicines.

5. Consider invalid the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 07.07.2004 N344 "About Approval of Lists of Poisonous and Strong Medicines" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 27.07.2004 for N928/9527 (with changes).

6. To provide to public service of medicines and products of medical appointment in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

7. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Gudzenko O. P.
