According to the Law of Ukraine "About medicines" and the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to the Criminal code of Ukraine concerning establishment of responsibility for illegal effects of rather poisonous or strong medicines", the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 16.06.2007 of N26215/1/1-07 to the Law of Ukraine of 05.04.07 of N875-V I ORDER:

1. Approve Large and especially large sizes of the poisonous medicines which are in illegal circulation which are applied.

2. Approve Large and especially large sizes of the strong medicines which are in illegal circulation which are applied.

3. To provide to public service of medicines and products of medical appointment in accordance with the established procedure state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister Gudzenko O. P.
