The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve:

amounts of quotas for separate types of agricultural products which export is subject to licensing till April 30, 2008, according to appendix 1;

Licensing procedure for export of separate types of agricultural products and distribution of quotas which are applied.

2. Form the commission on questions of consideration of requests for licensing for export of separate types of agricultural products and distribution of quotas in structure according to appendix 2.

3. Extend the term of licensing and quoting of the goods provided by appendix 12 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2006 N1852 "About Approval of Inventories, Export and Which Import Is Subject to Licensing, and Amounts of Quotas in 2007" till December 31, 2007 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2007, N 1, the Art. 38, N 46, the Art. 1881).

4. Declare invalid the last paragraph of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 8, 2006 of N1701 "About Approval of Amounts of Quotas for Separate Types of Agricultural Products Which Export Is Subject to Licensing till June 30, 2007, and Procedure for Issue of Licenses" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2006, N 50, the Art. 3325).
