For the purpose of streamlining of loan granting on construction (reconstruction) and purchase of premises I decide:

1. No. 507 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 21.12.2015

2. Bring in Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 2, 1996 No. 346 "About some measures for development of housing construction in the village" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 25, Art. 644; Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1998, No. 7, Art. 160; No. 14, Art. 353) following changes:

2.1. state subitem 7.1 in the following edition:

"7.1. provide to kolkhozes, sovkhozes and other agricultural enterprises, and also the companies and the organizations irrespective of patterns of ownership including to the farms performing housing construction in the village for the citizens living and working in the rural zone, and also working at the companies of agro-industrial production, the credits (including on the security of property of the specified companies and farms) within the credit line opened by National Bank at the rate to 95 percent of construction cost of premises of standard consumer qualities taking into account the cost of construction of economic constructions (at the rate to 20 percent of total cost of construction of individual apartment houses or apartments) for up to 10 years with their repayment in 3 years after obtaining and payment of 5 annual interest rates on use of the credits;";
