About features of legal regulation of customs regime of temporary import of goods

For the purpose of implementation of the Convention on temporary import signed in Istanbul on June 26, 1990, streamlinings of provision of privileges on payment of customs duties, excises and the value added tax in case of temporary import on customs area of the Republic of Belarus of separate vehicles and goods, and also I decide strengthenings of the state control of these vehicles and goods:

1. Determine that:

1.1. under customs regime of temporary import without execution of the tax liability on payment of the import customs duties, the value added tax and excises levied by customs authorities in case of commodity importation on customs area of the Republic of Belarus the following goods are located:

1.1.1. excluded

1.1.2. excluded

1.1.3. railway;

1.1.4. professional equipment, including:

the equipment of the press, radio and television according to appendix 1 to this Decree, necessary for their representatives going to the territory of other country for the purpose of preparation of reportings, implementation of records or transfers for certain programs if other is not established by the paragraph the fourth subitem 1.2 of this Item;

the cinema equipment according to appendix 2 to this Decree, necessary for person driving on customs area of the Republic of Belarus for the purpose of shooting of one or several certain movies if other is not established by the paragraph the fourth subitem 1.2 of this Item;
