1. Approve the enclosed Disciplinary charter of officials of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus.
2. In two-month time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of its signing.

General provisions
1. The disciplinary charter of officials of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus (further - the Disciplinary charter) extends to officials of customs authorities of the Republic of Belarus (daleedolzhnostny persons) and determines content of office discipline in customs authorities, the rights and obligations of chiefs connected with its maintenance and also procedure for application of encouragement and authority punishments.
Provisions of Items 19-24, of part two of Item 28, of Items 29-42 of this Disciplinary charter on application of authority punishments extend to employees of the organizations subordinated to the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus which gives the personal ranks.
2. The office discipline consists in strict accomplishment by officials of the job responsibilities established by acts of the legislation, including this Disciplinary charter and also employment policies and procedures, job descriptions, orders of chiefs, terms of the contract.
