N700 of 13.04.99).

Regulations on procedure for regulation of use of radio-frequency range and radio-electronic funds for the territories of the Republic of Uzbekistan

§1. General provisions

1. §2. Basic principles of management and regulation of use of radio-frequency range

3. The basic principles of management and regulation of use of radio-frequency range (further - RChS) are:

a) implementation of state policy in the field of distribution and use of radio-frequency range;

b) also corrected setting standards - on rational, effective and safe use of radio-frequency resource;

c) ensuring rational planning, distribution and assignment of radio frequencies;

d) observance of the procedure for provision of radio-frequency range established by the legislation in use;

e) establishment of accounting treatment and control of use of radio-frequency range.

4. The Uzbek communication agency and informatizations (further - the Agency) is the coordinating governing body authorized for the solution of tasks and carrying out state policy in the field of communication, informatization and use of radio-frequency range.

For accomplishment of the specified task under the Agency are created:

The State Commission on Radio Frequencies of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - GKRCh) which is interdepartmental collegiate organ on coordination of works in the field of regulation of use of radio-frequency range;

The center of electromagnetic compatibility (further - TsEMS) performing functions of radio-frequency body, including issuing permission to use of radio frequencies, ensuring electromagnetic compatibility and monitoring of radio-frequency range.

5. The state control and supervision of use of radio-frequency assignments for the purpose of ensuring defense and safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also radio navigational ensuring flights and air mobile service in strips of the radio frequencies allocated to GKRCh is performed by the Ministry of Defence (further - MO) and Service of homeland security of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - SNB).
