1. Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of incentive and state monetary rewards, the stipulated in Article 34 Laws of the Russian Federation "About subsoil".

2. Determine that payment of incentive and state monetary rewards, the stipulated in Article 34 Laws of the Russian Federation "About subsoil" (further respectively - incentive award, the state remuneration), except for incentive or state award for identification, opening and (or) investigation of fields of popular minerals, is performed by Federal Agency for Subsoil Management at the expense of the means provided to it in the federal budget for the corresponding year on the subsection "Reproduction of Mineral Resources" of the Section "National economy" of functional classification of budgets expenses of the Russian Federation.

3. Determine that the state remuneration is paid to each of the persons which opened and (or) reconnoitered having industrial value, the field unknown earlier, and also revealed the additional inventories of minerals or new mineral raw materials in earlier known field significantly increasing its industrial value, in the amount of, which is not exceeding 50000 rubles. At the same time the amount of the state remuneration cannot exceed 0,1 of percent of the amount of annual amount of severance tax on the considered field.

4. Determine that the incentive award is paid to each of persons which revealed on earlier unknown subsoil plot:

signs of the field of mineral - in the amount up to 10000 rubles;
