1. Approve the enclosed Rules of payment of the state monetary reward for discovery of the field of minerals.

2. Determine that payment of the state monetary reward for opening of the unknown before the mineral deposit (except for fields of popular minerals) (further - the state remuneration) is performed by Federal Agency for Subsoil Management within the budgetary appropriations provided on implementation of actions of the state program of the Russian Federation "Reproduction and use of natural resources".

3. Determine that the state remuneration counting on one found mineral deposit unknown earlier (except for fields of popular minerals) which inventories of minerals are entered in the state stock balance of minerals (further - the state balance), is paid once and constitutes:

9000000 rubles for opening of the unique mineral deposit;

5000000 rubles for opening of the large-scale deposit of minerals;

500000 rubles for opening of the average, small mineral deposit or mineral deposit for which the category in size (amount) of inventories of mineral is not established.

Determination of categories of fields in size (amounts) of inventories of minerals is performed according to appendix No. 2 to the Regulations on state examination of inventories of minerals and underground waters, geological information on the subsoil plots provided in use, about determination of the size and procedure for collection of payment for its carrying out, to No. 69 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 11, 2005 "About state examination of inventories of minerals and underground waters, geological information on the subsoil plots provided in use, the size and procedure for collection of payment for its carrying out".
