2) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 28, 2005 No. 269 "About approval of the list of the territories and terms of carrying out step-by-step registration of the rights (encumbrance of the rights) to real estate" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2005, No. 13, the Art. 147);
3) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 6, 2006 No. 18 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 28, 2005 No. 269" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2006, No. 3, the Art. 17).
4. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of the first official publication.
