According to article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About telecommunications" and the Procedure of the state supervision of the market of telecommunications approved by the solution of NKRS of 27.10.06 of N 426, Ukraini registered in the Ministry of Justice 17.11.06 for N1207/13081, the National commission on questions of regulation of communication of Ukraine solved:
1. Approve Regulations on measurement of parameters of telecommunication networks for the purpose of implementation of the state supervision in the field of telecommunications which is applied.
2. To the chief of the State inspection of communication Krivenko S. I. in accordance with the established procedure to provide submission of this Decision on registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Post the Provision on the NKRS website and in the following release of the statement NKRS.
4. Control over the implementation of this Decision to assign to the Chairman of NKRS Zverev of accusative.
