1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure and conditions of compulsory national insurance of judges.
2. Recognize to invalid:
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 5, 1995 No. 287 "About the national compulsory personal insurance of judges of the Republic of Belarus" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1995, No. 17, the Art. 385);
the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 7, 1996 No. 651 "About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 5, 1995 No. 287" (Collection of presidential decrees and resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, 1996, No. 28, the Art. 749);
Item 19 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2002 No. 949 "About modification of some orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2002, No. 82, 5/10802).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Code of the Republic of Belarus about judicial system and the status of judges.
