For the purpose of enhancement of work on questions of putting down of apostille on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states, and according to Rules of putting down of apostille on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states, approved by the order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of December 5, 2003 N237/803/151/5 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 12, 2003 for N1151/8472, I order:

1. Determine that in the Ministry of Justice:

the term of consideration of the documents filed by directly physical person which they concern, or his relatives, on condition of documentary confirmation of the family or marriage relations for putting down of apostille - one working day;

the term of consideration of the documents filed by other persons for putting down of apostille - five working days.

Due to the need of receipt of the specimen signature, impress of a seal and/or stamp, the additional information or explanations the term of consideration of documents for putting down of apostille can be prolonged according to the decision of the deputy minister to 20 working days.

Acceptance of official documents for putting down of apostille and their issue are performed according to the statement (appendix) of person to which documents are filed.
