Approve the Procedure for putting down of apostille in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states, and preparation by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of notarially processed documents for further consular legalization which is applied.
2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of September 11, 2007 No. 757/5 "About the organization of work on questions of putting down of apostille on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 13, 2007 for No. 1069/14336 (with changes).
3. To department of notariate, bankruptcy and functioning of the central zaveritelny body (Chizhmar K. I.) provide this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
