About approval of the Procedure for provision of the status of special zone on production of raw materials which is used for production of products of baby and dietary food

According to part two of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About baby food" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for provision of the status of special zone on production of raw materials which is used for production of products of baby and dietary food which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 26, 1996 of N679 "About Approval of the Regulations on Special Raw Zones for Production of Agricultural Products" (the joint venture of Ukraine, 1996, N 14, the Art. 378).

Procedure for provision of the status of special zone on production of raw materials which is used for production of products of baby and dietary food

1. This Procedure determines procedure of provision of the status of special zone for production of raw materials which is used for production of products of baby and dietary food (further special raw zone).

2. In this Procedure the stated below terms are used in such value:

producer of raw materials - business entity which performs production of raw materials which is used for production of products of baby and dietary food in special raw zone;

the status of special raw zone - documentary confirmed compliance of the producer to conditions of production of raw materials which is used for production of products of baby and dietary food;
