For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state registration of the rights to real estate and transactions with it", being guided by article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About judicial authorities" I ORDER:
1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of information from the legal inventory.
2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this order.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of official publication.
