Rules of certification of rescue services, forming and rescuers

1. Certifications are subject professional rescue services, professional and voluntary rescue units (further - ASS) and rescuers.

2. Certification of ASS and rescuers involved to liquidation of emergency situations of natural and technogenic nature is carried out for the purpose of determination:

1) degrees of readiness for accomplishment of wrecking by them;

2) availability and condition of the corresponding equipment, property and equipment;

3) compliance of professional training, medical preparation, physical, psychological and moral readiness of rescuers.

2-1. Certification of ASS is carried out for the purpose of determination of their compliance to the qualification requirements imposed to rescue services and forming.
