About procedure for deliveries of products within the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on production and scientific and technical cooperation of the companies and organizations of defense industries

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of subjects of foreign economic activity to which powers on military commodity export of own production and military commodity import for their use in own production within the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on the production and scientific and technical cooperation of the companies and organizations of defense industries signed in Kiev on June 25, 2001 which is applied are conferred.

2. Determine that the customs clearance of materials, semifinished products of the delivery products and other material resources necessary for production, repair and servicing of arms and the military equipment within the Agreement specified in Item 1 of this resolution is performed according to lists of such goods which affirm annually the Ministry of questions of strategic industries (regarding accomplishment of the state defense order by the Ministry of Defence) and Public service of export control, in coordination with the Ministry of Defence, Security service, Service of foreign intelligence, Head department of investigation of the Ministry of Defence and customs clearance of export or military commodity import and commodity export of double use - besides based on permission of Public service of export control.
