About approval of the Procedure of control of target use of the ethyl alcohol applied to production of medicines
In pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 13, 2006 of N275 "Questions of Use in 2006 of Funds of the Government Budget Which Are Allocated to Producers of Medicines for Compensation of the Additional Expenses Connected with Change of Rate of the Excise Duty on Ethyl Alcohol", for the purpose of non-admission of increase in prices for medicines in connection with change of rate of the excise duty on ethyl alcohol which is used for production of medicines and according to article 27 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2006" we ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure of control of target use of the ethyl alcohol applied to production of medicines it (is applied).
2. Declare invalid
the order GNA of Ukraine of 08.04.2004 N212 "About Approval of Forms of References" registered in Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 06.05.2004 for N569/9168.
Of 09.07.2004 of N384 "About Conducting Checks of Producers — Subjects of Managing Who Receive Ethyl Alcohol for Production of Medicines" to repeal the order GNA of Ukraine.
3. To administration of GNA of Ukraine () in two-day time from the date of entry into force of this order to provide to A.M. Rakhuba its replication and the direction to State Tax Administrations in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol.
