About recognition voided some orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine
According to Item 229.1 of Article 229 of the Section VI of the Tax code of Ukraine, the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, to the subitem 6 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267, and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in compliance with the legislation it is ORDERED:
1. Recognize invalid orders of State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine:
of July 26, 2005 No. 230/377 "About approval of the Procedure of control of target use of the ethyl alcohol applied to production of medicines", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 10, 2005 at No. 877/11157;
of May 4, 2006 No. 248/258 "About introduction of amendments to the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of 26.07.2005 No. 230/377", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 15, 2006 on No. 556/12430;
of August 13, 2007 No. 482/472 "About introduction of amendments to the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of July 26, 2005 No. 230/377", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 31, 2007 at No. 1005/14272.
