About additional measures for work with addresses of citizens and legal entities

For the purpose of acceptance of additional measures for protection and ensuring realization of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and legal entities, to proper consideration of their addresses by state bodies and other organizations:

1. Determine that:

1.1. addresses (offers, statements, claims) citizens, including individual entrepreneurs, and legal entities (further, unless otherwise specified, - addresses) irrespective of in what state body or other organization (further, unless otherwise specified, - the organization) they arrived, originally are subject to consideration on the merits according to competence:

in the local executive and administrative organs subordinated to them the organizations, territorial subdivisions (bodies) and the organizations subordinated or which are part (system) of the republican state bodies and other organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, other state bodies, other organizations, performing the activities and located within that administrative and territorial unit in the territory of which there were questions stated in addresses (further - local authorities);

in other organizations if the questions stated in addresses are within the exclusive competence of these organizations.

The addresses which arrived addressed to the President of the Republic of Belarus including concerning appeal of decisions of state bodies, other organizations, subordinate (accountable) directly to the President of the Republic of Belarus, can be considered on behalf of the President of the Republic of Belarus by Administration of the President of the Republic of Belarus;

1.2.  No. 157 is excluded according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of 27.04.2016.

2. Approve the enclosed list of the state bodies, other organizations responsible for consideration of addresses in essence in certain spheres of life activity of the population (further - the list).
