1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the state accounting in the field of environmental protection it (is applied).
2. To the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection and other republican state bodies according to their competence till January 1, 2008 to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. Not apply the resolution of Council of Ministers of the USSR of August 12, 1982 No. 746 "About approval of the Regulations on the state accounting of harmful effects on atmospheric air".
4. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2008, except for Item 2, becoming effective from the date of its official publication.
