About the order military products

For the purpose of determination of procedure for the order the separate military products which are in operational management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Committee for State Security, State boundary committee I decide:

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the order by the military products which are in operational management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Defence, Committee for State Security and State boundary committee it (is applied).

2. Assign on:

The Minister of Internal Affairs, the Minister of Defence, the Chairman of Committee for State Security, the Chairman of the State boundary committee the personal responsibility for decision making by determination of the property carried to military products possible for realization to the organizations of the Republic of Belarus;

The chairman of the State military-industrial committee control of target use by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus of the acquired property carried to military products.

3. To Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus in six-months time:

provide approval by the State military-industrial committee of regulations on control of target use by the organizations of the Republic of Belarus of the acquired property carried to military products;

provide reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree;

take other measures for implementation of this Decree.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee and the State military-industrial committee.

5. This Decree becomes effective in six months after its official publication, except for Item 3 and this Item which are becoming effective from the date of signing of this Decree.
