According to the Regulations on the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 27.12.2006 of N 1830, I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for issue of certificates on approval in case of transportation of radioactive materials (further - the Procedure) which is applied.

2. To management of guarantees and (Lopatin S. D.) to ensure safety of transportations submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and bringing to permission of the interested organizations of information on entry into force Procedure.

3. In a month after state registration to provide to the state company "State Scientific and Technological Center of Nuclear and Radiation Safety" (Vasilchenko V. M.) replication of the Procedure.

4. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of 07.04.2003 of N51 "About approval of the Procedure for issue of certificates on approval of designs of packagings and radioactive materials, special conditions and some transportations of NP 306.5.06/2.071-2003", registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 23.05.2003 for N392/7713.

5. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman Bozhko S. G.
