About approval of the Standard Provision of the central executive bodies

1. Approve "Standard Provision of the central executive bodies" it (is applied).

2. Charge to the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic and other central executive bodies to take by preparation of projects of regulations on the central executive bodies into consideration the Standard Provision approved by Item 1 of this Decree.

3. This Decree becomes effective from the date of publication.

Standard Provision of the central executive bodies

I. General provisions

1. The body of the central executive authority (further - Body) performs state policy and regulation in the areas corresponding to the activities established by the legislation.

In the activities the Body is guided by the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic, the laws of the Azerbaijan Republic, decrees and orders of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic, international treaties which joined the Azerbaijan Republic and Regulations on this Organa.

3. The body in case of accomplishment of the obligations and implementation of the rights is effective in interaction with other executive bodies, local government bodies and non-governmental organizations.
