The Parliament adopts this organic law.
(1) This law establishes the legal base of the organization and functioning of scientific and technological parks and innovative incubators.
(2) the Purpose of this law is stimulation of the activities in the field of innovations and transfer of technologies directed to transformation of results of scientific research and innovations to new or advanced products, services, processes.
The organization and functioning of scientific and technological parks and innovative incubators arising at the same time legal relations are regulated by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the Code of the Republic of Moldova about science and innovations, the Law on investments into business activity, this law and other regulations.
