1. Approve Rules of sales of goods to order and out of trade or office rooms which are applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of external commercial relations and trade of Ukraine of 29.03.99 No. 199 "About approval of Rules of sales of goods to order and at home at buyers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 21.04.99 for No. 249/3542.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine Slyusarenko O. O.

Rules of sales of goods to order and out of trade or office rooms

Section I. General provisions

1.1. These Rules determine the relations between the consumer and the subject of managing - the seller of goods to order and out of trade or office rooms based on the purchase and sale agreement signed at distance or out of trade or office rooms and also regulate requirements in observance of the rights of consumers of rather proper quality, safety and proper trade servicing.
