The Council of Heads of Government of the Commonwealth of Independent States solved:
1. Approve Regulations on the basic organization of gosudarstvuchastnik of the Commonwealth of Independent States for preparation and retraining of personnel for tax authorities (financial) investigations it (is applied).
2. Give Academies of economic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and Academy of financial police of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on fight against economic and corruption crime (financial police) the status of the basic organization of the State Parties of the Commonwealth of Independent States for preparation and retraining of personnel for tax authorities (financial) investigations.
3. This Decision becomes effective from signature date, and for the states which legislation requires accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for its entry into force, - from date of delivery on storage to depositary of the notification on accomplishment of the mentioned procedures.
It is made in the city of Yalta on May 25, 2007 in one authentic copy in Russian. The authentic copy is stored in Executive committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States which will send to each state which signed this Decision, its verified copy.
