For the purpose of execution of provisions of the Law N54-XV of February 21, 2003 on counteraction of extremist activities (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. N56-58, 245) DECIDES: the Government

1. Create the Register of materials of extremist nature.

2. Approve Regulations on the Register of materials of extremist nature it (is applied).

3. To assign maintaining the Register of materials of extremist nature to the Ministry of Justice.

4. Determine that creation and ensuring functioning of the Register of materials of extremist nature is performed for the account and within the funds allocated to the Ministry of Justice from the government budget and also at the expense of the special means provided by the law.

Regulations on the Register of materials of extremist nature

I. General provisions

1. This provision establishes procedure for maintaining the Register of materials of extremist nature (further - the Register).

2. The register is single system of information accounting which contains data on registration and storage of information on materials of extremist nature.

3. Maintaining the Register is performed by introduction of data on the materials of extremist nature, storage of the Register and documents forming the basis for entering of data into the Register.
