ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE KYRGYZ REPUBLIC

of October 23, 2007 No. 514

About approval of the Regulations on procedure for financing at the expense of the stimulating (equity) grants

(as amended on on April 13, 2009)

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure for distribution of the stimulating (equity) grants in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 35 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for financing at the expense of the stimulating (equity) grants.

2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to organize carrying out explanatory work on implementation of this funding mechanism for the stimulating (equity) grants.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of September 27, 2003 No. 614 "About measures for introduction of the mechanism of the stimulating (equity) grants".

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on department of finance and credit policy of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
