For the purpose of enhancement of funding mechanism at the expense of the stimulating (equity) grants in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to article 35 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right in the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on procedure for financing at the expense of the stimulating (equity) grants.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to organize carrying out explanatory work on implementation of this funding mechanism at the expense of the stimulating (equity) grants.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of October 23, 2007 No. 514 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for financing at the expense of the stimulating (equity) grants".
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic.
