About approval of the Regulations on procedure for financing at the expense of the equity (stimulating) grants
According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the basic principles of the budget right in the Kyrgyz Republic", for the purpose of enhancement of funding mechanism at the expense of the equity (stimulating) grants in the Kyrgyz Republic and in connection with transition to the two-level budget of the republic the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve Regulations on procedure for financing at the expense of the equity (stimulating) grants according to appendix.
2. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic to carry out work with executive bodies of local self-government on implementation of funding mechanism at the expense of the equity (stimulating) grants.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for financing at the expense of the stimulating (equity) grants" of March 30, 2010 No. 198.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of finance of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
