About the Special account on the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations

According to the Resolution of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 27, 2007 No. 1840-III and the minutes of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of April 28, 2007 the No. 8 Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. To the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- open the Special account on the prevention and mitigation of consequences of emergency situations (further - the Special account);

- transfer from the republican budget funds for the Special account in the amount of 50 million som;

- prepare in accordance with the established procedure the bill of the Kyrgyz Republic "About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the republican budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2007".

2. Approve the enclosed Regulations on the Special account.

3. Determine that assignment from the Special account is performed according to the decision of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Resolution on the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic and department of defense, law and order and emergency situations of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
