About catering services of pupils at comprehensive schools of the Kyrgyz Republic

This Law determines procedure for catering services of pupils of comprehensive schools of system of the Ministry of Education, science and youth policy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Food of pupils of city and rural comprehensive schools will be organized in the place of their study.
Under comprehensive schools with the number of pupils 320 and more in first shift dining rooms will be organized; with smaller number of pupils - table-distributing.
Catering services of pupils are performed by issue to each school student of initial classes (the I-IV classes) of breakfast.
The following diet is provided in daily routine of pupils:
a) in case of school attendance in first shift: school food for pupils of the I-IV classes - after the second lesson;
b) in case of school attendance in second shift: school food for pupils of the I-IV classes - after the second lesson.
Food for school students of elementary grades consists of 200 g of milk with roll.
Replacement of milk and roll respectively on other drinks and bakery products equivalent on the energy value to the replaced products is allowed.
Behind each class in the dining room certain tables, and shall be assigned to pupils of class - individual places at tables - according to growth data.
