About exception and provision in lease of the parcels of land for mining with change of their purpose and approval of the location of object

Based on Articles 20, 122-124, 149, of 151, of 157, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides 207 Land codes of Ukraine:

1. Withdraw and provide in lease the parcels of land located outside settlements for mining with change of their purpose according to appendix 1 and approve the location of object according to appendix 2.

2. The Kirovohrad district public administration to sign the land lease agreement with Kirovohrad Mine Administration open joint stock company to which the parcels of land of state-owned property for mining are provided in lease.

To Kirovohrad Mine Administration open joint stock company to compensate according to the legislation of loss of agricultural and forestry and landscape production and the losses caused to land users as a result of exception of the parcel of land.
