About approval of the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of goods of double use

According to article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use" the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of goods of double use it (is applied).

2. Recognize invalid resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

Procedure of the state control of the international transfers of goods of double use

General part

1. This Procedure determines procedures of implementation of the state control of the international transfers:

the goods of double use entered in the Single list of goods of double use according to appendix;

the goods which are not entered in the Single list of goods of double use in the cases determined by article 10 of the Law of Ukraine "About the state control of the international transfers of military goods and double use" (further - the Law).

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the value given in the Law.
