In pursuance of requirements of the Law of Ukraine "About the legal basis of civil protection" and for the purpose of providing proper condition of technogenic safety I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of technogenic safety in the field of civil protection at the companies, in the organizations, organizations and in the dangerous territories which are applied.

2. To provide to chiefs of GU (U) Ministry of Emergency Situations of Ukraine in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, areas, the cities of Kiev and Sevastopol on places fulfillment of requirements of these Rules.

3. To the chief of the State inspection of civil protection and technogenic safety colonel of internal service Stoyetsky V. F. and to provide to the head of department of legal support Matviyenko R. P. provision on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of this order.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of the lieutenant general of service of civil protection Romanchenko V. O.
