About approval of regulatory legal acts in the field of preschool education

For the purpose of further development of preschool education, and also successful training of children for training at the Cabinet of Ministers comprehensive schools decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on public pre-school educational institution in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the appendix N1;

Regulations on non-state preschool educational institution in the Republic of Uzbekistan according to the appendix N2;

Regulations on groups of short-term stay according to the appendix N3.

2. To the ministry of national education of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and Tashkent:

in three-months time to bring activities of the operating preschool educational institutions into accord with requirements of the provisions approved by this resolution;

provide systematic control of activities of preschool educational institutions, render them every possible assistance in implementation of the tasks assigned to them.

3. Paragraph two of Item 1 and the appendix N1 to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of February 18, 1995 N59 "About Approval of Regulations on Educational Institutions" (1995, N 2, the Art. 5) to consider the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan invalid.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Kasymov.
