For the purpose of implementation of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About procedure for consideration of appeals of physical persons and legal entities", being guided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About ministerial procedures" I ORDER:

1. Approve the enclosed Instruction of consideration, permission of appeals of physical persons and legal entities, reception of citizens in law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Instruction).

2. To chairmen of committees, chiefs of departments, independent managements of central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, commanders of connections and parts of internal troops, chiefs of departments of internal affairs of the cities of Astana, Almaty, areas and on transport, city, district, linear law-enforcement bodies, educational institutions, to heads of organizations and companies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to organize studying of the Instruction by all staff of law-enforcement bodies, employees of the secretariats (office). Provide unconditional accomplishment of the requirements containing in the Instruction;

2) to take necessary measures to further improvement of work with appeals of physical persons and legal entities and reception of citizens;
