About procedure for expenditure of funds of the national social insurance for the organization of rest and improvement of workers and members of their families in 2008

2. Determine that on account of the insurance premiums which are subject to transfer in the State Agency of social insurance and pensions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan by the organizations expense amounts on improving and preventive actions, in proportion to the amounts of insurance premiums which actually arrived in the Agency are set off.

3. Target financing of actions of Federation of independent labor unions of Tajikistan performs the State Agency of social insurance and pensions of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of the Republic of Tajikistan in the amount of, established by the law.
