1. General provisions

1.1. The presents the Provision establishes procedure for conducting checks of organization activity and the companies which are engaged in construction and architectural activities is not dependent on patterns of ownership, from Service on licensing of construction and architectural activities (further Services) the Agencies on construction and architecture under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1.2. 1.3. This Instruction establishes procedure for conducting checks by service during all effective period of the license.

1.4. Checks can be:

- planned according to the approved plan of conducting checks by service which is held not more often than 1 time in 2 years on each type of activity on which the license is granted;
