Rules of conducting checks of activities of business entities regarding property and to management of state-owned property

These rules are developed in compliance with article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About checks of activities of business entities in the Republic of Tajikistan" and Item 6 of the Provision of Service of the state supervision of use of state-owned property the approved order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of 3.03.2007 for No. 106, determines procedure for the organization and conducting checks of activities of business entities in the field of property and to management of state-owned property.

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules governs the relations of inspection body, authorized to perform checks of activities of business entities regarding observance of requirements of the legislation by them in the field of property and to management of state-owned property. The relations which are not settled to these rules are regulated acting with regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1.2. Authorized body performing checks of activities of business entities regarding property and to management of state-owned property is the Service of the state supervision of use of state-owned property (further Service).

1.3. The main objectives resolved during conducting check are:

- check of observance by business entity of the legislation in the field of property and to management of state-owned property.
